The fungi group is one of the largest and most diverse groups of organisms found on Earth.

- Wash and dry any parts of your body which have been wet for a long time.
Stay Safe at Gyms and Showers
Fungi thrive in humid environments such as locker rooms, public showers, and gyms. Fungi can also spread easily in shared public areas.
- Avoid contaminating floors by wearing flip-flops or shower shoes in these areas.
- Clean any gym equipment after each use.
- Never share towels, razors or any other personal items.
- After working out or participating in sports, change out of sweaty clothes as quickly as possible and completely dry yourself off.

- Take a shower regularly and be sure to dry yourself completely.
